Management Team

Harold Belbin is Visiting Geeks principal security engineer. He's been a computer and Internet security engineer for more than 20 years, having worked for several national computer security companies including RSA Security in Bedford, Mass. and SonicWALL in Sunnyvale, CA. During his tenure he designed and deployed advanced security defense solutions using VPNs, firewalls and intrusion protection systems for businesses, including: small two-person shops to Fortune 500 corporations. Belbin's passion is commonsense, cost-effective solutions to stabilize and protect computing environments.

He holds seven Microsoft certifications including MCSE Windows 2003, MCSE Security and MCSE Messaging. He's also a SonicWALL certified firewall engineer. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology and two Master's Degrees, including High Technology Management and International Commerce from Boston University.

Sharron Senter is vp of marketing/general manager and a north of Boston native. She spearheads all business development and marketing initiatives for Visiting Geeks. She's been interviewed and quoted by The Wall Street Journal, Entrepreneur and Inc. Magazines for her marketing expertise. Prior to cofounding Visiting Geeks, she owned a marketing consulting boutique and today continues to author marketing reports that teach business owners how to increase profits. Senter's passion is cost-effective marketing solutions that lure long-term customers. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and an MBA.

The Visiting Geeks team is made up of 10 individuals, including seven senior desktop, networking, security and wireless technicians, who combined, have more than 67 years of hands-on computer experience and almost every computer certification known to man! Each technician has at least seven years technology experience. We try hard to fix our customers' computer problems during our first visit, therefore, we only staff experienced, mature technicians.
