recovery system. For an additional $499, per computer, you receive an external
hard drive and PC workstation backup software. Includes installation, first
backup and training. Our backup solution can restore data for a single file or
can restore the entire computer, including applications.

Return Policy & Restocking Fee
Computer & Related Computer Equipment/Accessories
We accept returns 14 days from the date of your receipt/invoice. All returns
must be in their original condition and include all accessories, as well as in
their original packaging. You must have your original receipt. Returns are only
received at Visiting Geeks' service location: 4 Merrimac Square, 2nd Floor,
Merrimac, MA 01860. The service location phone number is 978.346.4087. We will
not pick up delivered computers.
We charge a 20% restocking fee on all returned computers.
Visiting Geeks reserves the right to deny any returns and to request photo identification.
Refund Policy
All refunds will be made by check and mailed to customer
within 10 business days of return.
Non Returnable & Non Refundable Items
Non returnable items include any opened and/or registered
software. Non refundable items include service labor fees for
original delivery and set up.
Data & Applications on Returns
Visiting Geeks is not responsible for any personal data or
personal applications you left on your returned computer.

Holiday Orders
Computers make fabulous gifts! We understand you may not need
one at the moment, but you want one in time for the morning of
